Prices listed are for departure from the train station in cities of TOURS or AMBOISE.
	Other pick-up locations are available upon request.
	Prices include: Driver and car, insurance for passengers, taxes and service.They reflect the mileage for the times as listed . Additional mileage, items of a personal nature such as entrance fees, lunch, parking tickets, toll-roads,... are not included and are to be paid by the individual.
	The drivers are not guides, but they do have extensive knowledge of the Loire Valley and share this information along the way. They do not conduct tours inside the monuments or museums. Services of multilingual licensed guides are available upon request with an extra cost.
	Full payment is required 3 weeks prior to the tour, in French Francs (by mail-order, bank to bank electronic transfer or traveler's cheque in French francs).
	For payments coming from foreign countries, all bank and exchange costs will be paid by the customer or its travel agency.
	Bookings made less than 3 weeks prior to tour are considered reserved after full payment is received.
	No refunds are issued after the reception of the payment.
	Any legal disputes concerning the fulfilment of our services will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of tribunal : Tribunal Départemental d'Indre et Loire 37000 TOURS, France.
	The Loire Valley Car Touring agency has underwritten an insurance policy : " Responsabilité Civile Professionnelle " N° 001 to MAAF Assurance. (37102328 E)
